Remote Support

Whether you are tackling a new project or simply need advice setting up your software, our support helpdesk is on hand to guide you through the process, step by step.

A custom built and dedicated call handling system allows us to track and manage all the support calls we receive. We know your time is valuable to you and endeavour to answer all queries during the initial contact. You can contact us whatever way works best for you – telephone, email or through our interactive web portal. Our web portal is also home to our collection of ‘how-to’ videos and a knowledge base, full of interesting articles that we have built up over many years, to help you make the most of your software.











On-Site Support

Sometimes a more in-depth analysis or solution is required which can only be achieved by an engineer being on-site with you. At Cutting Edge, we include this as part of our standard support contract, whenever it is justified and within reason, we are not just at the end of a phone when you need us!
